Adani Ports: Unit Acquires 51% Stake In Meridian Transportes Marítimos S.A.

Adani Ports: Nomura maintains a Buy on Adani Ports with a Target Price of ₹1930, citing its Europe subsea expansion as a major boost to the marine business through increased international presence and enhanced operational capabilities via the Astro Atlas vessel, while management’s FY31 targets of 200 vessels, ₹60bn revenue and ₹130bn capex in the marine segment appear achievable.
